Welcome to Biotalk, a local Indonesian personal care brand focused on sensitive skin care. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Biotalk products are available while stocks last. If a product is out of stock, this information will be stated on the product page. For availability updates, you can follow our official accounts on Instagram & TikTok @biotalk.id or activate notifications on the marketplace.
We always strive to maintain an accurate stock system. However, should a system error occur allowing you to order an out-of-stock product, the order will be canceled, and our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp. If payment has already been made, you can choose to exchange for another product or receive a full refund.
PURCHASES
Orders that have been processed to the “Packing” or “Shipped” stage cannot be canceled. Biotalk only accepts returns for the following conditions:
- The product received was damaged during shipping.
- The product received does not match the order.
For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used, as personal care items are considered hygienic products.
PAYMENT
Payment must be completed within a maximum of 6 hours after checkout. If this time limit is exceeded, the order will be automatically canceled. Available payment methods include bank transfer, e-wallet, and other options listed on the checkout page. After successful payment, your order will be verified within a maximum of 2 business hours on business days. Orders with a “Confirmed” status will be processed for shipment on the next business day.
SHIPPING
Shipping is conducted on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays). The estimated time of arrival follows the policy of the courier service selected at checkout. Once the package is handed over to the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier service.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination address and the weight/volume of the purchased products. Detailed shipping costs can be viewed before checkout.
SHIPPING DURATION
- Domestic (Indonesia): Follows the estimates provided by the courier service.
- International: Shipping estimates depend on the destination country and the courier service used.
A tracking number will be provided to help you track your order.
ORDER STATUS
Here are the order status stages at Biotalk:
- New: The order has been created but not yet paid. Valid for a maximum of 6 hours before automatic cancellation.
- Confirmation Required: You have uploaded your payment confirmation, awaiting verification by the Biotalk team.
- Confirmed: Payment has been verified, and the order will be processed soon.
- Packing: Your order is being prepared and packaged.
- Shipped: Your order has been handed over to the courier for delivery to your address.
