Return & Exchange

At Biotalk, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your sensitive skin. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following terms:

1. Return Window

Return or exchange requests can be submitted a maximum of 7 days after the product has been received. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and untried.
  • Seals, packaging, and labels must be intact.
  • Proof of transaction (invoice/receipt) must be included.

⚠️ As Biotalk products fall under the personal care & hygiene category, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, tried, or used for any reason, to ensure the safety of all our customers.

3. Eligible Products for Return

  • Products damaged during the shipping process.
  • Products received do not match the order (e.g., different variant/type).

4. Return Procedure

  1. Contact Biotalk Customer Service via our official WhatsApp or email, stating the reason for your return/exchange.
  2. Our team will verify the eligibility of the return and provide further instructions.
  3. Prepare the product in its original packaging, along with the invoice and the return label provided by the Biotalk team.
  4. Send the package to the Biotalk warehouse address as instructed by Customer Service.

Note: Products sent back without prior confirmation cannot be processed.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. The processing time for the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired product.
