Yes, all Biotalk products are safe for pregnant/breastfeeding mothers and those with sensitive skin like eczema or psoriasis. Soaps can be used by babies from 6 months old (though they are not tear-free), and scrubs from 1 year old. For the Calendula salve, an unscented version is recommended for babies under 6 months.

We are highly committed to the quality and safety of all our products. Every Biotalk product is officially registered with the Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) and is Halal certified. Furthermore, our manufacturing process adheres to the Cara Pembuatan Kosmetik yang Baik (CPKB) or Good Cosmetic Manufacturing Practices. CPKB is a set of quality guidelines regulated by BPOM to ensure that all cosmetics are manufactured and controlled consistently according to the highest quality standards. This commitment ensures that every product you receive is safe, high-quality, and reliable.

For complete Eczema and Psoriasis care, we recommend a head-to-toe routine. For the body, use the Honey Calendula Body Wash to gently cleanse and soothe itchy, inflamed skin. For psoriasis or flaky conditions on the scalp, use the Cool & Calming Shampoo. As an intensive treatment for both, apply the Calendula Salve after showering to any rashes or peeling areas to help relieve itchiness and heal the skin.

When trying a new product, it's normal for the skin to adapt in the first month. For detox soaps specifically, purging can occur as impurities are drawn to the surface. It is recommended to continue use and monitor the results for 1-2 months. However, if irritation continues or worsens, you can stop using the product.

We recommend the Detox Soap, Binahong Soap, or Freshly Charcoal soap, used daily.

The Dead Sea Mud soap is high in minerals and can relieve itchiness. The Honey Goatsmilk Oatmeal soap is also a good option.

Yes, all our bar soaps are safe for both the body and face because they are free from SLS (sulfates). For sensitive facial skin, it's best to lather the soap in your hands first and then apply the foam to your face.

Depending on usage, one bar can last for approximately 1 month. To make it last longer, you can cut it into smaller pieces and store it in a dry place.

The pH is around 7-8. However, it's important to note they are very gentle as they do not contain SLS (a type of detergent).

We accept various payment methods. You will be able to see all available options when you proceed to checkout on our website or marketplace stores.

Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service as soonastically as possible to check if it's still possible.

The daily order cut-off for shipments from Monday to Friday is 14:00 WIB , with specific times for Sameday service at 13:00 WIB and Instant service at 14:00 WIB. On Saturdays, the cut-off for all shipping types is 13:00 WIB. There is no shipping on Sundays and public holidays.

Yes, we can now ship overseas

The estimated delivery time depends on the courier service you choose and your location. You can track your package’s journey and see the estimated arrival date using the tracking number (resi) that will be provided once your order is shipped.

We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Once a package is with the courier, delays can occur due to factors like high shipping volume or address issues. For the latest update, please check your tracking number (resi). If the delay is significant, contact our Customer Service for further assistance.

If you realize you have entered the wrong shipping address, you should contact our admin immediately. The admin team is responsible for handling all incoming chats and customer complaints.

Please contact our admin immediately and provide the following: a photo of the products you received, a photo of the shipping label, and a video of the unboxing (if available). Our team will check and process the complaint.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, you must contact our Admin to submit a complaint. For our team to verify and process your complaint, you will be required to provide a photo of the product(s) you received , a photo of the shipping label on the box , and an unboxing video, if you have one. After you provide this evidence, our team will check the information and inform you of the next steps.

If you receive an incorrect item due to a product swap, please contact our admin first. After your complaint is verified, Biotalk will arrange to pick up the incorrect product from your address and send the correct one.

Yes, some products like the moisturizing shampoo bar can be purchased through our resellers.

To become an official Biotalk reseller, applicants are required to fill out a reseller form, prepare administrative documents, and sign a trading term agreement. While there is no registration fee, an initial minimum order of 10 million IDR is required, which includes free shipping throughout Indonesia for the first order. To maintain active status, resellers must make a minimum purchase of 1 million IDR per transaction or per month. The tiered discount system offers 5% off for purchases of 1-3.5 million IDR, 10% for 3.6-9.9 million IDR, and 15% for orders over 10 million IDR. Please note that resellers bear all subsequent shipping costs, and a dropshipping model is not accepted. All products must be sold at or above the official Biotalk store price, and returns are only accepted for items damaged during shipment. As a partner, you will have access to our official marketing assets, including photos and testimonials, and will be required to participate in coaching.
